I am so thrilled to have found Di Mart in Canoga Park. It is nice to have a Caribbean store right here in the Valley that represents the full Caribbean, as I no longer have to drive to Gardena. The store is exceptionally clean and well-organized. I came in looking for a hot sauce specifically from Belize and was able to find it at the best price; her price is even better than Walmart. The woman there, who I believe is the owner, was incredibly sweet and accommodating. She even asked about other items I usually buy elsewhere so she could start stocking them for me. Since they also serve food like a restaurant, she offered me a menu, and everything looks excellent. My husband and I will definitely be back. ~ Heather N

We just had take out from Di Mart and it was AMAZING! I am from Florida and have had lots of great Jamaican food and this is the best I’ve ever had! All the way over here in California!! We got the oxtail, curry goat and jerk chicken and everything from the meats to the peas and rice to even the cabbage was amazing. The oxtail and curry goat was so flavorful and incredibly tender and the jerk chicken had such a good smoky flavor, it was some of the best chicken we’ve had period! The inside is all nice and new and clean, the service is friendly, and the parking is easy. Absolutely no complaints - we will be back often! ~ Michael

The most authentic Caribbean grocers’s with a restaurant smacked right inside I love this place! It felt like I was back in the islands. You won’t be able to find better Jamaican dishes anywhere else in the state I kid you not. I had the oxtail and a stuffed roast snapper fish omg soooo good 20 outta 10! I will be back! The staff was very helpful and pleasant also the owner served my meal she’s such a gem. The ambiance felt like home just a great place overall. ~ Jody

So excited to finally find a Caribbean marketplace that truly has it all authentic spices, fresh produce, and halal products all in one place. Their Jamaican restaurant is a 10/10, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and the space is clean and well organized. Delicious! Nice little market. For dinner I brought home the oxtail plate , brown stew chicken plate, and patties. The chicken and oxtail were perfect, the rice and peas flavorful and fresh. Will definitely be coming back! ~ RA W

beautiful store layout. Canoga park needed a Caribbean grocery store. I’m used to driving hours to get my family what they need. On top of that the pricing is very good. Better than any local grocery store. Will definitely be back here. ~ Elena G

Love that this place is available for my necessity ingredients for cook food. I did not like that fact that patty was tuff in the middle and not hot throughout. It’s like they keep the patty not on warm. And patty tasted dry and not crispy flaky like it was warmed up in a microwave real quick. Had to go home and warm it up throughout as I wanted/ wished to enjoy it to eat it while driving. So that’s sucks bc it was $6🙃. (Yes for one patty)….But when heated it was straight and very much so crispy using my home oven. Hopefully this feed back helps One love Will be back for the grocery tho ~ Godlovesyou
